For each product, we supply a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis containing all the information you need for your quality management documentation including data on traceability and pharmacopoeia compliance.

Furthermore, the Certificate of Analysis comprises information on traceability including data on the NIST batch used. All Titripur® solution are analyzed precisely by our DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited quality control laboratory, which is also mentioned in the Certificate of Analysis.


 Traceability

Fully Traceable for Accurate Analysis

All volumetric solutions in our Titripur® product range are directly traceable to our Certipur® volumetric standards, those are certified reference materials according to ISO 17034. In turn, these Certipur® materials are directly traceable to standard reference materials from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Consequently, every Titripur® solution is traceable to NIST standard reference materials. The batch number of the used NIST material is also stated in the Certificate. With this level of accountability, you can rest assured that Titripur® will deliver accurate results.


 Titripur® for Pharma Analysis

Volumetric Solutions in Accordance with the European and US Pharmacopoeias

For analytical purposes in the pharmaceutical industry, the Titripur® line includes  a range of volumetric solutions that are in accordance to both the European and the US pharmacopoeia for analytical applications. All Titripur® volumetric solutions for Pharma analysis are made from raw materials in accordance with the reagents part of the European and United States Pharmacopoeia. The standardization follows the description in the Pharmacopeias.  For available solutions, this is indicated in the certificate.


 Packaging

Innovative Packaging – Optimized for Every Application

When it comes to long-term stability, quality preservation, or efficient processes, the right packaging can make all the difference. For our volumetric solutions, we offer a wide variety of sophisticated packaging solutions for the most diverse requirements. As a matter of course, we use only packaging materials that do not alter any of the reagent's characteristics during shelf life. Our bottles and canisters made from unbreakable, contamination-free polyethylene enable easy and safe handling and direct connection to your titrators. Moreover, we provide glass bottles for some volumetric solutions. Our innovate Titripac® packaging system keeps solution stable after opening  and during use. All our packaging materials have been tested for their quality and atmospheric permeability, thereby ensuring the purity of your solutions during storage.

Packaging Options

For our Titripur® volumetric solutions, we offer different packing systems. Titripur® volumetric solutions are available in 0.5 l, 1 l, 2.5 l, 5 l, 10 l and 25 l PE bottles or canisters. Volumetric solutions whose stability cannot be preserved for an extended period of time in PE containers, e.g. acetic acid or potassium hydroxide solution in methanol are available in 1 l or 2.5 l glass bottles. For users who regularly perform different types of analyses and need different or individual concentrations, we also offer most volumetric solutions as Titrisol® concentrates. Furthermore, our smart and safe packaging system Titripac® is available in 4-liter and 10-liter sizes. Titripac features a contamination-proof solution container in a user-friendly box with integrated withdrawal tap. Consistent high quality without aging or contamination after opening and during use, easy handling, and cost and time savings thanks to optimized titration workflows with Titripac®.

The Quality Control Laboratory at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany is accredited by DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle - German Accreditation Body) as calibration laboratory D-K-15185-01-00 for the “amount-of-substance concentrations in volumetric solutions” according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
